First apero of the season

After four days of rain, the sun finally came out this afternoon. After work we picked up the girls from the MdE and headed to our favorite square, with our favorite wine bar. Place St Pierre has adorable cobble stone streets, a church with bells that chime each quarter hour and no cars. Of course, there was also a big "doggie caca" not far from our table. As we sat down and ordered our wine, we knew one of the girls would be baptized before we left. They played (fairly) well for about an hour and just as we asked for the check who stepped in it? Mia! Since it was her left foot the French say that it will bring her good luck...

It seems that it has been two months since I've given you a picture of Mia. I have to be awake at 6:30 (with Thomas and Mia still in bed) in order to post anything....

I wish I could have taken a picture of her yesterday when I picked her up from the MdE. She had had an accident and one of the teachers couldn't find her bag to change her pants. So they gave her a loaner pair of red and white striped shorts. Considering she had insisted on wearing her red lady bug galoshes yesterday, it was a fabulous fashion statement!
